Conditions of Use

1. Conclusion of contract

Before sending your order you will have the possibility in step 3 of your order "Order Confirmation" to check and, if necessary, to change all data (e. g. name, address, payment method, and ordered items).

If you have gone through the complete ordering process by inserting the required data and then click in step 3 "Order Confirmation" on the button "Confirm order", you will submit a binding offer to Pinballcenter GbR.

Acceptance of this offer (and therewith the conclusion of contract) is effected by sending the goods ordered by you.
The contract is therewith concluded by delivering the goods ordered by you.

2. Identity of the contract party

The contract is concluded with Pinballcenter GbR, unless otherwise expressly stated.

3. Survey, processing, and use of personal information of our customers

The information we receive from you is helping us to individually create your shopping experience at pinballcenter.eu and to improve it continuously. We use this information for the order processing, the delivery of goods, and the rendering of services including provision of the marketplace-platform for customers and sellers as well as the handling of payments. Furthermore we use your information to communicate with you about orders, products, services and about marketing offers and also to update our records and to keep and update your accounts with us and also to map contents such as basket or customer recensions and to recommend you products or services which could be of interest for you. Additionally we use your information to improve our platform, to prevent or to detect misuse of our website or to enable third parties to render technical, logistical or other services by our order.

4. Privacy policy

There will be no further use of your data by a third party.
You may have deleted your data at any time by sending us a corresponding e-mail.

5. Right of return / Cancellation right information

You may return your order within 14 days upon receipt of the consignment without stating any reasons free domicile to following address:

We will refund the forwarding expenses for deliveries inside Germany.

Punctual dispatch of the consignment and/or of your written note of return suffices to comply with the time limit. You may also inform us by phone about the return. If you make use of your right of return within 14 days upon receipt of the goods, the purchase contract is void.

In case of return we will reimburse already effected payments upon receipt of the returned goods.

In case of damage due to unproper use or inadequate packing for the return we reserve the right to claim for compensation. This does not apply if the deterioration of the merchandise is traced back exclusively to its examination - as it is usual in a retail shop. By the way you may avoid the obligation of value replacement by not treating the merchandise as being fully owned and to refrain from any actions which could have a detrimental effect on its value.

Exclusion of cancellation:

The right of cancellation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods which are produced according to the customer's specification or definitely tailored to the personal requirements or which are not suitable for a return due to their condition or which may rot quickly or of which the expiry date has already been exceeded.

6. Terms of warranty / guarantee

The legal terms of warranty and guarantee are applied.

7. Prices

All prices are to be understood in Euro inclusive of German VAT (at present 19 %).

8. Shipping costs

In exceptional cases we must invoice a higher flat rate which will be shown accordingly. In case of several partial shipments due to technical or logistical reasons, we will, of course, invoice the shipping costs once only.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Pinballcenter GbR until full payment has been effected.

10. Payment, maturity, default of payment

Payment of the goods may be effected either by advance payment or by PayPal. Pinballcenter GbR reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in particular cases. Cheques are not accepted.

Should you default with your payment, we reserve to charge overdue fines to your account.

11. Disclaimer for external links

Pinballcenter GbR refers at its websites with links to other websites in the Internet. The following applies to all these links: Pinballcenter GbR explicitly declares that it has no influence at all on the design and contents of all linked websites. Therefore, we herewith explicitly distance ourservels from all contents of all linked websites of third parties on www.pinballcenter.eu and do not adopt these contents.
